Local apartment community (225 UNITS) is seeking an experienced maintenance supervisor. Responsibilities include painting, appliance repairs, drywall, minor plumbing repair (ie: toilet & sinks clogged or leaks, garbage disposals) EPA certification and HVAC experience required (small one ton units), overall daily maintenance operations of apartment community.
