Job description
Surfaces Construction Group LLC looking for a highly motivated, energetic , positive-minded person with an extensive flooring installation background with project coordination/management experience.
The key responsibility of the Branch Manager is to interact with the flooring subcontractors, customers, business partners and provide oversight if needed. By working with the subcontractors, the Branch Manager will schedule jobs, conduct job site visits, offer issue resolution and recruit for new flooring subcontractors.
Other Responsibilities include:
Review install details for each job and communicate with the assigned subcontractor
Builds and maintains a strong relationship with our vendors/clients.
Approves and submits weekly payroll
Provides leadership to all employees within the office
Daily loading of jobs for installation crews
Loading and unloading flooring trucks with forklift
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Skills:
A Minimum 3 years flooring installation experience with Project coordination/managerment experience.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Excellent Customer Service and Communication Skills
Strong leadership skills
Ability to problem solve issues timely and with good judgment
Good Computer Skills

Must possess a valid Driver’s license
Ability to pass a required background check
High School Diploma or equivalent required minimum.
