Office Assistant / Compliance transaction coordinator / Receptionist
Previous employment with real estate brokerage or a title company a must. Ex real estate agent would be a great previous experience.
Phone Duties. Able to answer the phone, transfer calls with a smile and be the first impression of our company
Responsibilities:
Keeping offices in compliance with what is required by the real estate commission on all transactions
Review all closing documents and be sure all files are in Dot Loop before agents are paid.
Must be proficient in Dot Loop and able to review contracts and closing documents.
Communicate DAILY with agents
Assist with other clerical duties as needed
Microsoft Office mainly Excel. Must be able to sort and merge
Make bank deposits
Light Cleaning.
Hours Monday: Friday 9-4
Compensation negotiable: based on experience.
