Teach me how to drive with confidence

I have a severe phobia of driving and it's ruining my life. I will pay an experienced driver $100 cash to sit in the passenger seat, talk to me, and guide me through a 40 minute round trip. I need tips and advice on 4 way intersections and safely maneuvering through the gas station parking lot just so I can get comfortable with getting gas. I'm 26 years old and I haven't driven a vehicle in 8 years. I'm losing friends and opportunities because of it. The trip will include driving on HWY 205, HWY 168, and backroads because I don't want to drive on HWY 431 for any reason. Another thing is that I'm not ready to use the center turning lanes on the highway yet. I know how to use them, I just would rather put that off until another time to minimize the risk of a severe panic attack. I would prefer the person for this job to be calm and direct. If everything goes smoothly, you can keep my contact information and I'll hire you a second time to guide me through the same trip at night so I can get used to driving in the dark. I have perfect 20/20 vision and I've driven a vehicle before, I just made the mistake of not getting back on the road after I had a wreck and it snowballed from mild anxiety to terror. I know this sounds ridiculous, but that's why I need guidance. I need some words of encouragement and moral support. I'm offering $100 because it will probably stress you out to be in the car with me and it will require you to be just as alert and focused on the road as me. So please don't look down at your smartphone during this trip unless it's to check google maps.
