About Ag-Pro: Ag-Pro is the largest John Deere agricultural dealership in the country with 70 locations spread across 5 states. We are a full service dealership including new and used Equipment Sales, Rental, Parts, and a Service Warranty center. We are "Strong on Service."

Ag-Pro is seeking an Inside Sales Person due to strong sales and growing opportunities to aggressively grow the sale of new and used construction, agricultural, and turf equipment such as skid steers, compact track loaders, compact excavators, compact wheel loaders, tractors, utility vehicles, riding lawn equipment, and residential and commercial mowers.

What You Do:

Aggressively grow retail sales and profitability of new and used equipment. Sell, Sell, Sell

Represent and maintain knowledge of all product lines including John Deere, Stihl, Rayco, Frontier, JLG and others

Coordinate with Service Manager on cleaning used equipment for photos

Take photos of all new and used equipment for posting online

Maintain knowledge of all current financing options to assist customers with purchase

Secure and process rentals

Ensure all paperwork is turned in and processed in a timely manner

Follow-up with customers in regards to recurring or delinquent payments

Professionally represent the company at all times

Assist in keeping store clean, equipment displays fresh, and yard presentable

Assist the company's construction manager in acquiring used inventory

Maintain current knowledge of wholesale used equipment values

Some travel may be required for training or other sales activities

Other duties as assigned

What We Look For:

Strong sales acumen

Self-starter

Someone motivated to make money

Able to multi-task

Online marketing abilities (Craigslist, Facebook, Instagram, MailChimp, etc.)

Closing skills

Aggressiveness

Customer relationship skills

Comfortable with navigating computers and ability to perform basic functions without instruction (Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook)

Background in construction, ag, or turf equipment sales preferred, but not required

Availability on weekends
