On-Site Property Attendant – $20/hr (Centre, AL)
We’re looking for a dependable, local individual to assist with light maintenance and operations at our self-storage facility in Centre, AL. This is a flexible, part-time role - 1 to 5 hours per week, as needed.
Tasks may include:
– Sweeping units
– Checking locks and unit conditions
– Meeting contractors or tenants on-site
Requirements:
- Must be dependable and detail-oriented
- Must have a smartphone (for taking photos, texts, calls, etc)
- Able to lift heavy items on occasion
Must live nearby, have reliable transportation, and be comfortable working independently.
Hours & Pay:
- $20/hr
- 1-5 hours per week, depending on need
