Cleaner and some property management

We are looking for a cleaner who would like to also co-host our Airbnb rental house while we are living out of state. We would pay a flat cleaning fee as well as a percentage of rental profits in return for cleaning/turning over and checking the house between guests as well as occasional other tasks like replenishing supplies, following up with a handyman, etc. Guests will check themselves in and out with a keypad entry code. Must be reliable and have "attention to detail" skills to keep the place up to very good standards. We are willing to train the right person.
