BFR McDonald's, with 11 locations in the Birmingham and Anniston areas, is hiring General Managers. We are looking for energetic and career focused individuals to lead our restaurants by delivering great quality, excellent service and clean stores. All applicants must have at least 5 years of professional work experience as a General Manager. General Managers must be experienced in hiring and retaining managers and crew. General Managers must be knowledgeable about their P&L numbers and willing to work to achieve company goals that will produce outstanding operations. General Managers are responsible for food safety, scheduling, staffing, food cost, training and other systems in the restaurant. The General Manager is required to create an atmosphere of outstanding hospitality for our internal and external customers. We are looking for people who are customer focused and excited about building sales. General Managers are required have great people skills. Each General Manager will be trained to make their own schedule based on store needs. All applicants must have an open availability.
