The FCC is giving low-income families 5G SIM Cards with NO OTHER COST as long as they can provide they have some type of government assistance like:

-Medicaid
-Section 8 Housing
-Veterans Pension
-WIC
-Free Reduced Lunch
-Pell Grant for College Students
-Unemployment Benefits
-Household Income (Less than $30,000)
You must have:
