We are looking for a team member to assist with a range of administrative duties and provide day-to-day clerical support to plant operations in an office setting.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Sorting, filing, and/or printing documents (paper and electronic files) and maintaining them daily
Coordinating with supervisors and managers to meet clerical needs of their departments
Creating and maintaining Excel spreadsheets and Word documents
Data entry
Skills:
Previously held a position in a clerical role
Must be "systems savvy," including MS Office with strong emphasis in Outlook, Word, and Excel
Portrays a great attitude and willingness to learn
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Pays attention to detail
Excellent organizational skills
