$12 TO $14 PER HOUR / DEPENDING ON BACKGROUND/EXPERIENCE
Must have the following:
Customer Service/Sales Experience,
Computer Skills - Must be able to type 25-30 wpm,
Telephone - Must be able to speak well to our potential clients and invite them to our store,
Physical - Must be able to sweep/clean units, open garage doors,
Outgoing, friendly and service oriented person!
Background Check/Drug Test Required

Prime Candidates will have Self Storage Experience, Hotel/Front Desk Experience or Leasing Agent Skills. This is NOT a "first job" position. Must have demonstrated previous increased responsibility (minimum 3 years). Please do NOT send your resume unless you meet the experience and skills requirements.
Position REQUIRES ABILITY TO TYPE, USE OF A COMPUTER, CLEANING, ETC. ability to talk on the telephone to potential clients, meet/greet clients in the front office, show available units for rent, broom sweep facility.
