Your new job starts with VOLT!Volt is currently seeking qualified candidates for a Customer Service Alarm Dispatch role in Hoover, Alabama. If you have at least 6 months of experience in a customer service role, are flexible, dependable and a team player, this role is for you!Duties:Respond to alarm messages from multiple software applications accurately documenting each action taken for historical records. Dispatch police, fire, or guard service for alarm signals as necessary.Notify customer of alarm problemsMonitor multiple internal electronic systems for proper operation to assure customers of continuous response to alarm activityAnswer incoming customer calls for alarm signals, helping to troubleshootOpening service tickets for repairs and/or maintenanceData Entry in multiple databases.Requirements:HS Diploma or Equivalent6+ months of Customer Service experienceAbility to pass all pre-employment screening(s)VOLT is an equal opportunity employer
