Inventory Clerk III (Swing Shift)

Essential Functions: Create and complete process orders generated using SAP T-CodesReconciliation report sent to management daily for fat variance discrepancies and period end once a monthComplete goods receipt in SAP, material transfers, and clear COGIEnter receivers on an Excel spreadsheet, scan in receivers.Daily inventory-convert fat inventory measurement to pounds for SAP comparisonReview SAP for shipment errors as well as other recording errors and report to managementProvide and create good receipt requisitions for plant supplies and maintenanceFill in for other office clerk when needed.Filing, answering phones, sort and distribute mail, fax, data entryAdditional Functions:Mail bill of ladings upon customer requestShare additional information to customers about products used tonnage.Assist team members about shipping and receiving questions and concernsOrder office supplies and other duties as assigned by Supervisor/ Manager
