Events and Sales Assistant

Job DescriptionSignal Tru Brand is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Events and Sales Assistant to support the planning and execution of our marketing events and assist in sales-related activities. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, personable, and eager to grow within a dynamic team. You’ll work closely with our Events Manager and Sales Department to ensure all campaigns are delivered effectively and on time.ResponsibilitiesAssist in organizing and executing promotional events, trade shows, and product launchesSupport sales representatives with materials, scheduling, and client communicationCoordinate logistics including vendor management, event setup, and staffingTrack event performance and compile post-event reportsMaintain up-to-date records of event and sales dataGreet and assist clients at events, ensuring a positive brand experienceManage inventory of promotional materials and suppliesProvide administrative support to the sales and events teams as needed
