Daxko has an exciting opportunity for Director, Marketing Operations to join our marketing  operations team.  In this remote role, you will work with a talented team to build the foundations for a world-class marketing engine – tools, automation, data and campaign reporting.      You will take ownership of marketing programs and work cross-functionally with internal stakeholders, such as Product Marketing, Business Development, Sales, Partner, and Digital Services teams to drive measurable results. We’re looking for an operations leader with a keen understanding of B2B SaaS revenue funnels.  This role will focus primarily on strategic marketing operations and programs that leverage HubSpot, Sales Force,, and Power BI along with other attribution and data tools. This role is critical to the success of marketing and revenue operations, tool implementation, and any technical aspect as it relates to go-to-market.  You will also: Deliver a framework for campaign hierarchies and reporting strategies ranging from routine campaign optimization, funnel reporting for routine management cadences, and insights for strategic planning and board reporting Build a scalable reporting engine for our revenue-generating websites and digital marketing services business Ensure we can accurately report to clients and internal partners Knit together data into repeatable, automated reporting to support our partner and channel programs to understand revenue growth and partner impact Develop our data and funnel models and deliver our ability to track attribution for marketing sourced + influenced pipeline. Oversee marketing funnel process management to optimize lead flow: Lead Scoring, Routing, Qualification, MQL > Demo > Opportunity (and stages)   Support the team by facilitating the data and reporting for regular project status and review meetings; ensuring cross-functional team members can turn insights into actions Align teams and identify areas to streamline operational processes across the marketing organization.  Anticipate how decisions are made; explore new ways of doing things; and work collaboratively to create results Be a leader in defining and executing our master data management plant. Drive the HubSpot Custom Object & Field Taxonomy as it relates to Salesforce Standard Objects   Uphold standards and ensure proper processes and tools are applied including integrations across Salesforce, HubSpot, Ad and ABM platforms, Google Analytics & Tag Manager and Asana.   Troubleshoot and QA workflows, data issues, marketing data hygiene, and other essential marketing ops functions   Co-own with other RevOps leads our lead enrichment strategy to improve the quality of our database to enable effective segmentation and audience targeting   Ensure we properly execute all basic administrative functions for marketing tools including user account maintenance, reports and dashboards, workflows and other routine tasks Build internal technical & architectural documentation, manuals, and policies as needed
