Communications Agent

Job DescriptionWe are seeking a dedicated Communications Agent to join our team in Birmingham, AL. In this role, you will serve as a liaison between departments, support corporate messaging initiatives, and contribute to the planning and execution of internal and external communication strategies. You’ll work closely with leadership and team members to ensure consistent, high-quality messaging across all channels.ResponsibilitiesDraft, edit, and distribute internal communications such as memos, newsletters, and updatesAssist in the preparation of official statements, reports, and corporate documentsCoordinate with different departments to align messaging and maintain communication standardsMaintain a consistent tone, format, and messaging style throughout all materialsSupport the execution of crisis communication plans and urgent announcementsOrganize communication records and ensure proper documentation of messaging historyContribute to communication training sessions and employee engagement efforts
