Trim Carpenter with a Growing Company!
We like trim carpenters as they tend to do very well with us. Besides technical expertise, appearance, attitude, and demeanor are critical attributes of the successful installation technician. Excellent customer service and problem solving skills continually practiced by the Installation technician leads to a high level of customer satisfaction. Installation technicians enjoy excellent compensation. They must be available Monday through Friday.
Your role will be to install Re-Bath products and provide services as prescribed in the company's processes and procedures and on behalf of the local franchise business. Deconstruction and installation training are provided by the company.
Responsibilities
- Full Bathroom Remodeling
- Travel to and from our customers' homes
- Keeping in good repair, tools, equipment and company vehicles
- A professional appearance, dress, grooming
- Working in an efficient, neat and orderly manner while in customers' homes
- Maintaining a high standard of customer service and customer relationships.
Qualifications
-Must be able to pass background check and drug test
- +5 years General carpentry skills required
- Some Plumbing skills a plus
- General mechanical aptitude required
- Must be proficient at measuring, cutting accurately; must have soldering skills
- Good communications skills are essential
- We seek a strong problem solver and critical thinker
- Must be able to consistently establish and maintain strong customer relationships and work through difficult situations with diplomacy.
- Must take pride in workmanship never short-cutting the process
- Must maintain a professional appearance, dress, grooming at all times.
