Responsibilities:
Prospect daily for potential customers and follow up on all leads
Demonstrate vehicles to potential customers by explaining features and taking test drives; compare and contrast competitive models
Overcome objections in order to complete the sales transaction
Be passionate about selling cars while maintaining integrity and transparency in line with the core values of the company; be devoted to guaranteeing customer satisfaction
Encourage repeat and referral business
Establish personal sales goals that are consistent with the dealership's standards of productivity, and devise a strategy to meet those goals effectively
Follow all company policies and procedures without exception
Maintain mutual respect and professionalism in all interactions with customers, co-workers and vendors
Qualifications:
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
A desire to work in a commission, performance-based, environment
Great attitude, confidence, and a high-energy personality
Excellent customer service skills
Professional appearance and work ethic
Self-starter and self-motivated
High school diploma or equivalent
A valid AL driver's licence
Clean driving record
