Hello, My name is Aaron. I work for a company called Frontdesk. We are a short term rental company. We are looking for a retired officer or Vet, or even someone with extensive security background. We have a total of 20 units in the Birmingham area, Spread across 3 properties. The hours you would need to be on call are (10pm-6am) 7 days a week. Each time we have to call you out would be a base $50. After the first hour it would be $20 per hour. We need someone to respond in the event that one of our guests break our house rules. In the event this happens we will then call you, and have you go and remove them from the property. Collect keys, Replace them in the lockbox, And change the code. We may also utilize you to go and verify if guests are smoking, Having parties, ect. in our units. Which all result in removal from the property.
So what do you need to be successful at this job?
1.Response time less than 30 mins
2.Able to go to units and speak to guest to vacate
3.Able to return keys back to lockbox and communicate clearly throughout incident on status
On call, unarmed officer
4.Invoicing with Credit Card or ACH, We can also venmo or paypal you!
This is an unarmed position, Most of our guests are respectful of our House rules. So I dont hope to need your services often.
