Community Impact Real Estate Agent Fellowship

Alabama, Birmingham 00000 Birmingham USA

Vacancy caducado!

This opportunity is ideal for real estate agents and brokers who want to help increase homeownership in underserved communities.

AHP 75 is a nationwide initiative to increase the homeownership rate to 75% for all Americans (it's currently 75% for white families, 50% for Native Americans, and in the 40s for African Americans and Hispanics). We are seeking real estate agents to participate in our Community Impact Real Estate Agent Fellowship. We intend to empower a nationwide army of real estate agents to help very-low, low-, and moderate-income families become homebuyers through outreach, education, attorney-assisted credit remediation, structured savings plans, and financing of home purchases through the origination of government-backed micro mortgages.

Learn more at our virtual info session, February 24, 12pm - 1pm CST.

Register: https://attendee.gotowebinar.com/rt/6146449632476854285

Participating real estate agents will receive training and access to a community of like-minded industry professionals and can commit to the Fellowship as their time and desire permit. Additionally, co-branding and marketing opportunities will be available. There is no cost to participate in the Fellowship program.

Participants will be provided resources to build a pipeline of aspiring homebuyers and positively impact families in their communities.

AHP 75 does not charge anything to consumers who participate in our housing incubator program.
