Attention Door Dash, Uber, and all platform workers! Progressive R.E is seeking reliable individuals to drive to Commercial properties, and Apartment Communities to take pictures of the properties. No experience is necessary. The only requirements are:
Valid Drivers license
Fuel efficient vehicle
Smart phone
Ability to deal with people in a professional manner (50 percent of the time you will not be speaking with anyone)
You must have good time management skills, dress business casual, and be on time for all appointments
This is a part-time position and requires you take between 15-30 pictures on your Smart phone and upload them to a
Google Drive as soon as you have completed taking them. This is a 1099 position (sub-contractor) and is paid as a Net30 which means you will be paid 30 days from the completion of the assignment. Pay periods are the 3rd and 15th of every month and is paid by direct deposit. Each assignment takes 15-20 minutes, This position requires a commitment of at least 3 days a week, but the position has flexible times and days. Once you commit to those days and times you must work them. This position requires self motivation, commitment to excellence, and an eagerness to learn. There will be text and phone communications during the hours you are working and sometimes off working days just to verify information. Fluent English is a must. You are not required to have any experience in Real Estate I will train you. The only requirements are the ones above. This position can easily turn into to a full time opportunity with compensation of $60 an hour or more depending on the effort you want to put into it. I'm looking for three individuals that are honest, reliable, and are self driven. This is a great opportunity to learn about Real Estate, and enjoy what you are doing while working independently.
