We are looking to fill this position with the right fit for our company. This position may have multiple related duties and responsibilities, wherein organizational and multi-tasking skills are important. Candidate will be responsible for incoming phone calls from Customers / Clients, Scheduling Appointments, Managing & Monitoring Calendars and Job Status, Closing out Job Files, Administrative Assistance. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

- Strong / Confident Communications skills, verbal & written

- Great Phone Experience

- Setting Appointments

- Very Strong Organizational & Multi-tasking skills

- Strong Computer Skills

- Ability to work with Google Docs, Sheets, & Calendar

- Microsoft Office Suite

- Experience with Microsoft Publisher is a plus

- Bi-lingual (English - Spanish) is a plus
