Marathon is hiring immediately for Packer Team Members to start at a manufacturing facility located in Birmingham, AL! Be a part of the operations of the largest plastic housewares company (food storage containers, laundry/utility products, home storage and organization products) in North America!
There is no experience required We have had former manufacturing workers, production personnel, administrative staff, retail associates, restaurant servers, forklift operators, and many more successfully join our team.
Packer - Packager Shifts:
- Days 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. - Earn up to $16.70 per hour (includes earned attendance bonus)
- Nights 7:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. - Earn up to $17.20 per hour (includes earned attendance bonus)
- All with paid meal/rest breaks for all the above positions
Team Member Benefits:

- Rotating shifts, only have to work 15 days out of the month (12 hour shifts, working every other weekend)

Job Details:
- Follow product setup & packaging instructions
- Pack / Package product according to provided instructions
- Inspect overall quality of product
