Robert Half Legal is seeking an experienced Paralegal to join a thriving national Law Firm with an office in Birmingham on a permanent basis. This paralegal will support 1 partner and a few associates on litigation matters involving personal injury, medical malpractice and other business litigation cases. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of recent experience supporting attorneys in litigation matters including case intake, propounding and answering discovery requests, maintaining files, performing legal research, drafting pleadings and correspondence, e-filing, etc.
Our law firm client offers a competitive salary based on experience and a generous benefits package. Expected hours will be 40 hours a week during regular business hours and rarely requests overtime assistance.
