Civil Rights & Injury attorney is seeking a part-time paralegal for its legal practice with a focus in the areas of personal injury, civil rights and related criminal cases. Job responsibilities will include interviewing witnesses and clients, obtaining and reviewing medical records, drafting complaints and other legal documents, assistance in the investigation of cases, drafting demand letters, preparing medical and deposition summaries, researching case law and other typical paralegal duties required for the development and presentation of cases. Experience is required.
