We do so by providing our legal plan members with various self-service tools and strategies for those inclined to go it alone, as well as by providing our members with access to a national network of qualified consumer protection, general debt relief and consumer bankruptcy attorneys that can provide guidance and legal representation as needed for those that need a helping hand.
DebtCleanse is currently seeking licensed attorneys in the Northern District of Alabama that can assist our legal plan members with filing for bankruptcy. This opportunity is ideal for solo practitioners and small to midsize law firms looking to grow their existing consumer bankruptcy practice!
Outside of providing our legal plan members with a 25% discount off your normal legal fees (25% off Chapter 7 flat fee, and 25% off pre-petition attorney fees for Chapter 13) and otherwise making yourself available for free initial 30-minute phone consultations, there is no cost to join our attorney network, you are free to set your own rates, and our members would pay you directly for any legal services provided through your firm.
This is a remote, contract opportunity for licensed attorneys with 3+ years of consumer bankruptcy experience (Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 experience required)
