Job Summary
ICM of America, Inc. is looking for an Inside Sales Representative to join our team. The Inside Representative work in a construction rental office. We are looking for energetic, self-motivated individual to assist with day-to-day operation. Experience or Construction knowledge is a plus but are willing to train the right individual. Loading and unloading of trucks will be required.
Jobs will include :
clean and Maintain equipment.
Load and unload equipment
Make some deliveries
Take care of walk-in customers
Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
Batch up billing and send to home office
General administrative duties
Clean office Daily
Assist Salesman with quotes and ordering
Handle shipping and receiving
Skills
Proven customer support experience or experience as a inside sales representative
Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
Customer orientation and ability to adapt respond to different types of characters
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Ability to operate a large forklift.
Must have a valid Driver’s license and a clean driving record
Must be able to lift over 50lbs
