Must have over 10years residential or commercial maintenance experience,
Handle maintenance work orders on our Apartment buildings.
Must do quality work. We do not allow sloppy repairs or low quality workmanship.
MUST HAVE YOUR OWN TOOLS.
Install light fixtures and fans
Repair or Replace plumbing fixtures. Hot water heaters.
Interior & Exterior Painting
Exterior Siding
Flooring (tile, wood, vinyl, etc.)
Insulation
Repair or Replace faulty doors (interior & exterior)
Fences
Windows
Gutters
Landscape maintenance
Between 30-40 hrs per week.
