We are looking for Crew Member Bakers and/or Shift Leads for Crumbl Cookies in Vestavia Hills! Each crew member will be trained to "bring families and friends together over the best box of cookies in the world." Each crew member has a unique role to play in this experience. ALL CREW MEMBER RESPONSIBILITIES:
Learn to make the best cookies in the world!
Greet customers, answer questions, make recommendations, accept orders and payment, and provide exceptional customer service
Clean and restock the workstations and ensure all equipment is sanitized and prepared for next shift
Use basic math and computer skills GENERAL REQUIREMENTS:
Must be 18 years or older to apply
Attention to detail, especially when performing quality inspections on ingredients and products
Willingness to work independently or with other team members to solve problems, plan schedules, fulfill orders, and create amazing baked goods
Legally eligible to work in the United States
Excellent communication skills
Time-management skills SHIFT LEAD RESPONSIBILITIES:
Ensure employees reporting to you meet performance expectations
Effectively instructing other employees on the shift
Establish a safe, secure, and healthy work environment
Meet deadlines
Maintain excellent customer service at all levels SHIFT LEAD REQUIREMENTS:
Previous leadership experience preferred but not required
Notable communication skills
