Small building permit expediting company is looking for a building permit expeditor to submit basic building permit applications throughout the Birmingham, AL area. Previous experience preferred but not required-we will train. Retired Building/Zoning officials are welcome! You must have your own car and good gas mileage is a plus. Our company provides outstanding service to our clients and only smiling friendly people need apply. Please note that this is a 1099 contract position.
