We are a nationally recognized and award-winning nanny agency that specializes in finding exceptional nannies, private educators, and newborn care specialists for busy families throughout the Los Angeles area and beyond. We are a small, quickly growing company run by a team of smart, savvy women and are looking to add an incredible sales person to our internal office team!Position Duties

In this position you will be the first point of contact for families seeking childcare and other services. You will perform daily initial phone/zoom consultations expertly guiding clients towards the best option based upon their unique needs. Once the client onboards you will work closely with them to identity and present qualified candidates, coordinate interviews, follow up for feedback, and negotiate the final offer. In this role you will work with assistants, business managers, and principals and will be responsible for the full-cycle sales process from initial sales call to final invoice. You will build close relationships with clients and will manage a roster of 15-25 clients/positions at any given time. The Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate has experience working in a sales position. If you have worked in high-end retail sales or real estate there are many similarities. Experience working with children or in the school system is also a plus. Many of us are moms and pull on our own experiences to guide and relate to our clients who are often parents trying to find the best care of their children.

This is a fully remote position and applicants may live anywhere within the US. You will be expected to be available Monday-Friday from 9:00am to 5:00pm and have a place free from distraction to work and be flexible for the occasional after-hours call/email as needed. Must have a computer/smart phone + reliable high-speed internet. If you are a parent you will need to have childcare during your working hours. In this role there is a lot of autonomy and requires a high degree of personal responsibility. Your results will speak for themselves.
