Responsibilities:
-Provide high-level customer service to corporate clients
-Transfer inbound calls or outbound calls to client-designated internal support departments or client account representatives
-Manage technical support questions via chat, phone or video support chat
-Research, analyze and determine appropriate course of action for customers
-Document customer issues, resolutions and follow up actions
