Local recycling and transport company is seeking a General Manager to oversee daily operations and sales goals. If you have management experience, enjoy working with people, and have that results oriented mindset to achieve success we would like to speak with you asap.
The responsibilities below are some, but not all, of the directives for the General Manager:
Responsible for day to day and long-term aspects of operations. (Operations, P&L, and Business Development)
Recruiting and retention
Some sales experience preferred but not required
Safety and Maintenance oversight
Five years Operations management experience preferably in waste/recycling but warehousing and or transportation management experience would be acceptable.
College degree preferred but not required in lieu of previous experience
Basic computer skills (excel, word, power point)
Compensation:
Salary $65K per year with bonus potential
