Details:

Seeking an individual to assist with day to day bookkeeping and administrative activities. The position is responsible for keeping up with bank account reconciliation in QuickBooks, and assistance with billing.

Requirements:

QuickBooks Experience

Ability to assist customers.

Effective communication skills.

Process invoices and notices.

Create daily/weekly/monthly reports

Advanced computer skills.

Detail oriented.

Experience:

High School Diploma

Degree

Previous work experience (3+ years)
