ASSISTANT TRAINER - Job Requirements:
Able to take instruction and constructive criticism; eager to learn
Able to prioritize and complete work; can lead others
Has own transportation and valid driver’s license
Able to ride horses “on the bit”, and at Collected, Extended, and Normal gaits
Provides video of applicant riding
Experienced in show horse training and showing environment
Knowledge of dressage principles helpful
The right person for this position is a high energy individual who
Has attention to detail and cleanliness
Is confident and comfortable handling young horses
Wants a long time career with horses
Is eager to learn
Is willing to work long, hard hours
Brings ZERO drama
GROOM - SHOW GROOM - Job Requirements:
able to work independently
able to follow directions
able to prioritize and complete work
able to handle young horses and stallions
able to work in all kinds of weather
able to lift 70 pounds
able to drive a tractor and use a front end loader
We are looking for a self-motivated person who is committed to learning how to manage a high-level show barn and who has attention to detail and cleanliness. You must have your own transportation.
Workday starts at 7am and we have a 1-hour lunch
Possible on-site housing, competitive pay, and days off weekly
