Outside sales reps needed:
Product: above ground pools
We provide our sales representatives with 2-3 warm credit pre-approved appointments every day.
Prices: Above ground pool prices range from $299 to over $10,000. So you'll have a healthy range of options to fit every customer's budget.
About Your Pay: First we pay you $25 for every appointment you run regardless of the outcome of the appointment. you'll average about $600-$700 per sale. AVERAGE $2,500-$3,500 PER WEEK! Sales representatives are paid on the 5th and the 20th.
Retention Bonus: Retention bonus is $100 for every pool you sell that's paid with financing and $150 for every pool you sell that's paid with cash. Awesome bonus program!
Experience: Must have previous Sales Experience, we offer a comprehensive 2.5 day training class that can set any worker up for success here with us.
Requirements: Must have your own reliable transportation. Must have a valid drivers license. Must have proof of valid auto insurance. Must have a smartphone. Must be willing to cover a 2-hour radius. Must be willing and able to start immediately.
