COVID/ Vaccination policies in place Nice to Have: CompTIA A+ Certification, Dell Certification, Mac/ iOS experience Must Have:
- Able to come onsite & follow vaccination policies
- 2+ years of experience in the IT support space (preferable desktop)
- Windows Experience
- Can troubleshoot both hardware & software (network connection, desktops, laptops, etc.)
- Strong customer service & communication skills
