Find your future with us.Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is currently looking for a Senior Business Operations Manager (level M) to join the Fabrication Division in Auburn, WA/Port Melbourne, Australia.This is a Long-Term Assignment to Port Melbourne, Australia for up to 2-3 years. Relocation/assignment benefits to the international location will be provided.This leadership role supports the Fabrication division of BCA. Specifically, this position will be a key member of the Boeing Aerostructures Australia (BAA) LT.Statement of work includes growing the team within the business operations function while supporting a wide variety of projects/initiatives across BAA. Examples include but are not limited to: business studies, managing plans through the program lifecycle, facilitating and integrating BU strategies, developing MBU business and technical strategies, goals and objectives. The leader in this role will focus on business partnership and cross functional project coordination.This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.Position Responsibilities:Institutionalize the processes required to execute integrated plans schedules, business management systems, change control and management information systems.
Develop the team and talent to run a healthy business.
Develop business goals and establish infrastructure to achieve these goals.
Develop and maintain relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports.
Provide oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skill/Experience):Bachelor’s Degree or higher.
5+ years of experience leading teams, skills in leadership and management preferably in the business operations function.
5+ years of experience in Project and program management and/or business operations
Experience in manufacturing planning.
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):Experience/understanding of BCA and Fabrication
Experience in leading business-driven decisions to include budgets, staffing levels, Basis of Estimates (BoE), and Statement of Work (SOW).
Experience using analytical, collaboration, communication and organizational skills.
