Find your future with us.We are seeking an Equipment Services Manager (Level K) to join our BCA Fabrication team.You will be responsible for leading a maintenance team focused on equipment services & reliability, preventative maintenance, and adherence to factory schedules.Position Responsibilities:Manages employee activities within the facilities occupation including facilities planning, analysis, project administration, property administration, facilities provisioning, engineering, construction and Plant & Equipment maintenance
Develops and performs project and process plans, implements policies and procedures and sets operational goals
Acquires resources for projects and processes, provides technical management of suppliers and leads process improvements
Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, peers, business partners and employees
Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes
Participates in equipment make/buy decisions; participates in source selection and provides technical oversight of suppliers
Manages, develops and motivates employees
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.Employer will not sponsor applicants for employment visa status.Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):3+ years of experience leading or managing projects that involved cross-functional or cross-business unit teams
1+ year of experience performing plant equipment and/or production equipment maintenance
Experience using professional written and verbal communication skills to achieve deliverables
Willingness to work 2nd shift
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):Associate's or Bachelor's degree in related field
3+ years of experience teaching, coaching and developing others
5+ years of experience with data and/or predictive analytics
5+ years of experience in a manufacturing or factory support environment
