Gateway Management is currently looking for a Property Manager to manage properties located in Alexander City, AL. Responsibilities include but are not limited to general administration, tax credit compliance, maintenance of the property, and management of employees to achieve the financial and occupancy goals of the community.
Requirements - One year of previous property management experience with tax credit experience required. Lease up experience highly preferred. High school diploma or equivalent required, some college preferred. Must have strong computer skills, Onesite experience a plus. Ideal candidate for this position will be extremely professional and have great communication skills.
