Experienced Resident Manager for three small apartment complexes in Riverton Wyoming.
This is for 2 small Tax credit properties and Rural Development complex of 20 units.
Experience in property management is necessary. Tax credit knowledge and Rural development knowledge preferred.
The position is open immediately for the right candidate. Background check required, drug screening, and employment verification are mandatory.
