JOB SUMMARY:
Responsible for assisting in clerical and administrative functions of remote oil/gas construction field yard.
DUTIES:
Maintain inventory data base systems (SAP)
Clerical yard/warehouse functions
Loading/unloading pipe and palletized materials
Inventory and manage warehoused materials
Forklift operations
QUALIFICATIONS:
The ability to communicate effectively with client field and operations supervisors.
Must possess intermediate to advanced computer skills in Microsoft suite and other software programs to meet the inventory management needs of the client.
The ability to plan, organize, and implement routine and special projects assigned by client supervisor.
Must be able to work independently and in a team environment.
Detail oriented with strong organization skills.
Forklift operations certification or able to pass the course from an accredited trainer.
Verify or obtain PEC-Safeland, H2S awareness, FA/CPR/AED certifications
Able to lift 50 lbs. repeatedly.
