Qualified applicants should have at least 2 years of experience in cleaning, janitorial, property management cleaning or similar job experience.
Our cleaning employee will need to have solid experience working with cleaning products, vacuum, shop vac, cleaning appliances, windows, flooring, removing stains, and wall cleaning as a member of our team.
General maintenance duties include: (Not all -encompassing)
Process and complete maintenance work orders timely
Trash Removal
Maintenance Turnover on all vacant units for rent readiness
Exterior cleaning, stairwells, sweeping sidewalks
Community area cleaning including office
On call for emergencies after business hours when needed
Property cleanliness
Assist Community Site Manager with inspections
