Job Description:
The Telephone Customer Service Representative (Remote Call Center Agent) is primarily focused on communicating with project participants and making/recording calls using survey software. Tasks include:
Screening potential participants for eligibility
Reading survey questions verbatim and accurately recording question responses
Filling out any paperwork or recording (online) related to the data collection effort
Answering inquiries by clarifying issues or researching, locating, and providing information
Promoting other projects or opportunities for participation
Maintaining call center database by entering information
Keep systems operational by following established procedures, and reporting malfunctions or concerns
Tracking hours
Skills and Qualifications:
High school or college diploma
Exceptional communication skills (both listening and speaking)
Maintain a positive and professional attitude
Punctuality and high integrity work ethic
Fast and efficient in calling and recording call outcomes
Professional and courteous telephone demeanor with an ability to read out loud and at a conversational pace and record survey responses
Basic to intermediate computer skills (copy and paste, Internet research, sort/filter, MS Excel spreadsheet knowledge a plus, using find/search function)
Flexibility and Multi-tasking
Required to be able to work remotely
Big Plus:
Bilingual ability (Spanish)
Call Center or Telephone Customer Service Representative experience
Previous experience with Voxco Survey Research Software.
Having the ability to work with “gatekeepers” to identify persons best-suited for survey completion is desired
MS Excel knowledge

Pay $10 an hour
Shifts available within the hours of:
8 am - 8 pm, 7 days a week
