If you answered “Yes” to these questions, this position might be a good fit for you!The Grand Teton Lodge Company (GTLC) HR department is seeking a seasonal HR Coordinator to join our team in Grand Teton National Park. This position will have a particular focus on data entry and maintaining compliance in HR recordkeeping. The seasonal coordinator will take primary responsibility for processing all housing licenses and related forms ensuring the highest level of accuracy in data entry and reporting.Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Accurately and timely enter all employee service fee deductions for payroll processing
Work with Corporate payroll team to ensure accurate setup and execution of all aspects of payroll deductions
Perform daily audits to check for accuracy of data entry, potential missed entries or errors, etc
Ensure accurate and timely processing and filing of all HR documentation in OnBase.
General reporting and data management in PeopleSoft, the LIFT, OnBase, SuccessFactors and other local management tools
Facilitate updates to and execution of End of Season, Discretionary, and referral bonus programs.
Work with Corporate payroll team to ensure accurate setup and execution of all aspects of payroll deductions
Internal process adherence, documentation, and improvement
Other duties as assigned by Management
The "must haves" for this position include:
Previous administrative/office setting, HR or Payroll preferred
Working Excel knowledge and desire to further develop skills
Ability to learn and work comfortably between multiple web-based system user interfaces
Outstanding attention to detail and focus
Ability to manage competing priorities under pressure
Exceptional organizational and process management skills
Unquestionable diligence in maintaining confidentiality
We prefer that you have the following skills / experience, although it is not required:
Familiarity with SuccessFactors, PeopleSoft HRIS data entry and reporting
Experience working for a National Park concessionaire
This is a seasonal position from May through mid-October, with dorm housing provided.
