Support Local Music As A State Director!

Make your mark in the music industry and help songwriters, artists and bands live their dreams as a State Director for ITNS Radio & SWC, LLC! As a State Director you will be creating a team of individuals who will be working under you helping our artists and seeking out new clients. We are seeking individuals who have a strong work ethic, action-oriented people who are self-starters, and have an excellent understanding of the internet, Word, PowerPoint, Excel spreadsheets and other business related tools. Other requirements include but are not limited to:

· Management experience

· Access to a computer, printer, scanner and phone

· Reliable transportation

· The time necessary to do the work and make meetings

· Good communication skills

State Directors for ITNS Radio & SWC, LLC will be responsible for the following tasks:

· Creating strong, hard working and charismatic teams of Talent/Promotions Agents and Booking Agents in their state territory and training them according to the company guidelines.

· Attending regular meetings with the Talent/Promotions and Booking Managers as well as the owners.

· Meeting company sales goals and maintaining a high closing rate when you or your teams pitch to prospective clients.

· Excellent organizational, time management, oral and written communication skills for you and your teams.

· Representing our company at all times with the highest degree of professionalism.

· Being courteous, neat, clean, professional, engaging, and articulate.

· Attaining a six-figure income for you and your teams, settling for nothing less

· Creating a home office with which to work and communicate with the owners, managers and teams.

· Learning rapidly and start building your teams immediately after your training.

· Knowing and training your teams the ABC’s: “Always”, “Be”, “Closing”

What we provide you are the following:

· A 24/7 support network and on the job training via phone, email or other means of communication.

· Uncapped commissions of 20% per your own sales plus a percentage of the net profit from each of your team member’s sales commissions.

· Opportunities for bonuses (for instance, a contest in which if you and your team members make 10 sales during a weekend or on a holiday you get a 5% bonus for each sale made).

· Leads provided from time to time for you and your teams (however you will also need to find your own leads but we will assist you in ways to find them).

· Bartering privileges as needed.

· Official ITNS Radio press passes for concerts and various other events so that you can pitch to artists (you can have a little fun too as long as you’re pitching to the bands as well)
