The Sales Manager has the opportunity to lead a sales team to create an exceptional experience for customers. This role is responsible for selecting, training, coaching, developing and retaining the very best Sales Associates. The sales manager needs to have a proven track record of success with leadership ability to mentor and train others. This is a combination position in a small store and The person selected will need to be well versed in FandI as well. Multi-tasking is key as we build this store from the ground up.RESPONSIBILITIESDesking deals, closing deals and overcoming objectionsTraining, motivating and monitoring the performance of all sales employeesExhibit honesty, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to customer satisfactionTracking all leads in CRM and ensuring effective follow up with all potential buyersEnsuring that all sales staff meet or exceed all activity standards for prospecting calls, appointments, ups, and closesAct as backup Finance (FandI) Manager as neededOther job duties as assignedArrange financing/leasing for new and used vehiclesMenu presentation of all finance and insurance products and provide Customers with a thorough explanation of aftermarket products, extended warranties, and a complete explanation of manufacturer and dealership service procedures and policies.Complete all necessary paperwork with accuracyEnsure timely funding of all loans and leasesEnsure timely collection of all monies and bank stipulations due from customers both at delivery and after the saleMaintain the required penetration and PVR numbers as set forth by the DealershipMaintain an customer satisfaction rating at or higher than the region averageFollow up with customers to ensure satisfactionBuild rapport with customers to create a base of referralsSet and achieve targeted sales goalsGain superior product knowledge to effectively help customersEnsure that all administrative processes are handled in a timely fashion and in compliance with company policyProvide an exceptional customer experience to drive loyaltyTake turns and close deals as neededTrain and provide the Sales team with information on finance and lease programs and the benefits of the dealership's financing and extended service programs.Actively participate in ongoing Finance trainingComply with Dealership policies regarding proper sales documentationUnderstand, comply, and keep abreast of federal, state, and local regulations that affect the new and used vehicle finance operations.Seek new lending institutions and maintain good working relationships to secure competitive rates and financing programs.Act as backup Sales/Desk ManagerOther duties as assignedAs a smaller dealership we need someone that is willing to help with various duties when needed, in order to best serve the customer, but your main focus will be sales/finance. This is a dual role Management position in a store selling 40 units a month but with the potential of easily doing double. This job can be very intense and fast-paced but very rewarding. We live in a great area that offers wonderful opportunities for the outdoors, and with a population of just over 13000 the town offers all the services you need with the added benefit of a low cost of living and no state income tax all while only being 80 miles from Salt Lake City.
