Key offerings include Managed Services Provider (MSP) programs, Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) and Blended Workforce Solutions.Randstad's Internal Talent Acquisition team is looking for a part-time Recruiter to support Randstad Sourceright(RSR) internal hiring Internal Recruiters are responsible for staffing ownership within the RSR client portfolioInternal Recruiters receive open requisitions by leadership based on headcount field steering and are required conduct full life cycle recruiting - source, screen and identify the best candidate for the role based on job description, qualifications, experience, interview and assessment results. All recruiting activities should be documented in the gr8 People system in order to meet OFCCP compliance and validate work performed on each opening. Regional Recruiters should utilize data analysis of hiring trends, turnover, retention, successful job profile, onboarding results and other information to determine best strategies and/or recruitment practices to identify and attract a diverse candidate pool through various method, job boards, job fairs, advertisements, employee referrals, networking, university relations, etc.Internal Recruiters need to established strong relationships with leadership, hiring managers, HRBPs, Operations, and others in order to understand the requirements of the role, the dynamics of the client account and act as a business partner to meet their staffing needs. Attend weekly meetings with leadership to report on activities and remove any potential roadblocks in the recruiting process. Ongoing provide ideas, solutions and best practices to enhance Randstad's brand in attracting candidates. Take an active role in project teams and initiatives to provide training and tool kits to hiring managers.Basic Qualifications

5+ years high volume production recruiting experience in corporate or agency staffing

Strong knowledge of recruitment practices, techniques and trends as well as industry experience desired

High volume production recruiting experience preferred

Additional Qualifications

Bachelor's degree desired, but not required
