Our Engineering Department has an opening for a Production Support person at our Medford Manufacturing plant.

About The Position

Assist in implementing new products, equipment, and procedures throughout the production facility.

Involved in all stages of manufacturing process ensuring efficient, ongoing production.

Identify challenges, gather data, and create implement improvements to reduce waste in the process.

Document improvements and changes through SOPs.

Train crew members on new policies and procedures.

Qualifications

Basic knowledge of window and door assembly, raw material used, fabrication and processing equipment, as well as scheduling procedures.

Demonstrated proficiency of AutoCAD software required.

Must be able to read and interpret part drawings and plant layouts.

Good written and verbal communication and strong math skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
