Production Builders
Badger State Staffing is looking for individuals interested in working full-time, first or second shift hours. Work 40 hours in 4 days per week, when overtime is not needed. The positions are hands on, using blueprints for the jobs, and a tape measure to verify the material is the correct length.
$14 - $15 per hour / pay increase at time of permanent hire
Schedule: 1st shift – 5:30 am – 4:00 pm / 2nd shift – 4:00 pm – 2:30 am
Job Summary:
Keep safety as the number one priority.
Place raw material into proper forms for building.
Pile piece goods as needed for the next coming job packets.
Use various hand tools for assembly.
Qualifications:
Able to multi-task and practice lean manufacturing.
Work at a steady pace and assist co-workers when needed.
Cooperate with team mates to build as efficiently as possible.
Willing to be cross trained and learn new skills.
